The pool closes at 4:00 pm for the meet to start at 6:00 pm – please arrive early to help set up!
Warm-up times
- 4:30 – Forest Hollow Lanes 1-4, Sleepy Hollow Rec 5-6
- 4:50 – Holmes Run Lanes 1-3, Woodley Lanes 4-6
- 5:10 – Sleepy Hollow Bath and Racquet Lanes 1-3, Broyhill Crest Lanes 4-6
- 5:30 – Dowden Terrace Lanes 1-3, Arlington Forest Lanes 4-6
- 5:50 – Warm-ups complete – pool cleared
- 5:25 Officials meeting
- 5:45 Timers meeting
A second warm-up is tentatively planned for immediately after the 11/12 age group. Weather and time permitting, there will be a 10 minute warm-up before 13-14 the age group events.
Programs will be available for $1.00.
Parking
We will have parking attendants directing traffic in and out of the parking lot. Please carpool. Once the lot is full, you will be able to drop swimmers near the bathhouse and park on the adjoining streets. As of today we do not have access to the lot across the street.
Awards
Place ribbons will be awarded for first through twelfth places and Competitor Ribbons for other positions. Team awards will be presented to the highest scoring team and the runner-up.
Supervision
Coaches and Team Reps are responsible for the conduct of their swimmers and for cleaning up their assigned team areas during and after the meet. Please have swimmers bring folding chairs or blankets to sit on.
