2014 Gator Swim Clinics Flyer Our Head Coach John is excited to team up with our former head coach Coach Elvin to offer a Gator Stroke Technique Clinic customized just for our Gators!! Take advantage of this unique opportunity to train with two highly successful, Gator Spirit, results oriented year round professional coaches focused on training our Gator swimmers to further increase individual and team performance. In previous years Forest Hollow offered our own clinics and the model will be the same except we will be at our Winter Swim location at the Audrey Moore Recreation center close by at 8100 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA. As an indoor facility, we expect no weather related delays or cancellations!!
- We will offer TWO 2 hour clinics that focus on strengthening strokes, starts, turns and finishes.
- The clinics will be limited to no more than 20 swimmers – and registration will be first come first serve. We must have a minimum of 12 swimmers per session to hold the clinic.
- The clinics will be held on: Sunday June 8 Free/Back (the Sunday before Time Trials and , Sunday June 22 Breast//Fly (the Sunday after our first A Meet).
- Clinics will be offered from 4-6pm both Sundays.
- All age groups are welcome provided they are lane swimmers and are excited about competing.
- Must have the ability to listen well, follow instructions and a strong desire to improve their stroke technique
- Registration is ONLINE only. (It is OPEN now.)
- The cost is very low – $30 per session registration fee for the 2 hours, covers the cost of the clinic plus transaction fees for processing. Should we need to cancel the clinic, you will be refunded minus the snall $3 transaction fee.
- Discount for registering for both sessions is $5 per session. Register for both for only $50!!!
