TIMELINE
TONIGHT
- 6:00pm – RETRO Pep Rally & Potluck Friday, July 19 @ FH – THIS IS SENIOR RECOGNITION NIGHT!!!
- HELP SET UP POOL FOR MEET AFTER POTLUCK
- Walk, Bike or car pool to FH… Leave spaces for our guests!!! Park on the grass or on the street please
- 7:15am – Parent Volunteers help with final set up of pool
- 7:30am :: GATOR SWIMMERS AT FH POOL for team meeting with Coach Elvin prior to warmups.
- PLEASE GET THE SWIMMERS TO THE POOL ON TIME.
- 8:00am – FH Marshals on Deck – FH Warm-Ups – this means all swimmers IN THE WATER.. not just arriving……
- 8:25 – Ravensworth Warmups
- 9:00am – Meet STARTS
SWIMMERS ARE NOT TO LEAVE THE MEET WITHOUT ADVISING TEAM REP, HEAD COACH ELVIN, ASS’T COACH WILLIE OR B MEET REP BOB ELKINS. Sometimes we have last minute changes and we may need your swimmer for a relay.

Once signed in to the website, If you click on “Meet Sheets & TImes” in the left navigation, you will see the Meet Sheet for this weekend. Here you can find your swimmer and their events. Please print your own copy to bring to the meet.
VOLUNTEERS
We still need volunteers!! Please sign up up here… https://www.foresthollow.com/volunteers/ our Division Coordinator reminds team reps and chief officials to remind our volunteers to be in navy pants/shorts/skirts and white shirts…. Let’s represent FH well.
GATOR TEAM SPIRIT & SPORTSMANSHIP
Remind your swimmers to wear team colors, attire, shake hands following each race, to be humble winners, and gracious losers. Be respectful to volunteers and officials. Sportsmanship is the key to Gator success!!
Parents, wear team colors, cheer our swimmers and theirs… be gracious to our host team, volunteers and officials.
ALL Swimmers are required to wear their team cap. Team suit preferred, if not, at least team colors expected… SHOW YOUR GATOR TEAM SPIRIT!!!
GATOR TEAM AREA
We will be in our usual team area at the far end of the turn side of the pool on the grassy area. We will need tents set up for our team area (we can use some parents to set this up….. hint, hint). Swimmers will need to bring chairs if they would like chairs. Parents, Please be respectful of their space as swimmers. Our B Meet Rep Bob Elkins is in the team area with the swimmers…. If you need anything or your swimmer, please approach him.
CONCESSIONS – SUPPORT OUR VERY OWN GATOR GRILL!!! – Come early to help set up and have a great gator breaksfast… hungry later on/??? We have lunch items as well. Remember these funds go right back to our team to help cover team expenses….
B MEET ON MONDAY we are away at our neighbors SHRA – Sleepy Hollow Recreation Association for our last B Meet of the season….. more details and info at Potluck and on Saturday evening from Bob Elkins and on the website.
