I suggest taking Little River Turnpike – Attached are directions of the route the caravan will most likely take.
CARAVAN – highly recommended but optional – it will take about 35 minutes to arrive at this pool
We will caravan from Forest Hollow on Saturday morning. We will meet beginning at 7:15am. The caravan will leave at 7:25amsharp!!.
If you are not joining caravan, please let teamrepfhsc@gmail.com know so there is no panic about meet attendance. The Gators will meet in the parking lot and enter the pool together.

General Parking – Available in the FMW lot; They reserve teh entire lot for the visiting team

- PotLuck & Pep Ralley tonight at 6pm – SENIOR NIGHT!!!!
- Meet at FH parking lot at 7:15am Sat, July 19, 2014
- Caravan leaves FH at 7:25am sharp! If you are not joining caravan, please respond to this email and letteamrepfhsc@gmail.com know so there is no panic about meet attendance.
- Warm-Ups at 8:25am
- Meet start time is 9:00am
- Celebration after meet location will be announced during the meet

Meet Sheet and FH Entry Report by name and event are attached, you can find your swimmer and their events. The final list of swimmers is also at teh end of this message. The meet program will also be up on the website
VOLUNTEERS
We may still need volunteers, take a look at https://www.foresthollow.com/
GATOR TEAM SPIRIT
If you have your Gator car flag…make sure you put it in your window! If you do not have one..
ALL Swimmers are required to wear their team cap. Team suit preferred, if not at least team colors expected… SHOW YOUR GATOR TEAM SPIRIT!!!
ENTRY TO POOL – worth repeating…..
The Gators will meet in the parking lot and enter the pool together.
GATOR TEAM AREA
Team Area – Our team area is on the right of the grassy area behind their pool. It can get a bit muddy so we might want to bring a tarp. They also suggest a canopy or two for shade. Swimmers may bring chairs if they would like chairs. A volunteer to bring a canopy or two and tarps (if rains today) would be great! PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN TEAM AREA.
CONCESSIONS – They did not say but I think they probably have something for sale
GATOR TEAM SPIRIT SPORTSMANSHIP – worth repeating
Remind your swimmers to wear team colors, attire, shake hands following each race, to be humble winners, and gracious losers. Be respectful to volunteers and officials. Sportsmanship is the key to Gator success!!
PARENTS – PLEASE SHOW YOUR GATOR TEAM SPIRIT
cheer our swimmers and theirs… be gracious to our host team, volunteers and officials.
SWIMMERS ARE NOT TO LEAVE THE MEET WITHOUT ADVISING TEAM REP AND HEAD COACH JOHN. Sometimes we have last minute changes and we may need your swimmer for a relay.

Following our victory Forest Hollow Gators will go to for lunch and a celebration. Location to be determined and will be announced during the meet –

SPLASHDOWN on Tuesday – sign up and pay at the pool – Tabitha Frawley is our coordinator
